The medium-sized Phiesel GmbH, founded in 1977, is a highly modern turning shop that manufactures precision turned parts, milled parts, and assemblies from a variety of materials at two locations in Germany for its customers from different industries.
Our approximately 90 highly trained employees produce turned parts in small series of 20 to 30 pieces, as well as mass production with batch sizes of 6.5 million parts per year at the Bad Münstereifel location, which is situated almost idyllically on the edge of the Eifel (in North Rhine-Westphalia).
At the Herzberg site on the Black Elster in Brandenburg, we produce with another team of around 20 well-trained and highly motivated employees, exclusively in large series on multi-spindle and indexing table machines.
In addition to the production of precision turned parts, we also manufacture fully assembled product components up to a diameter of 160 mm in our turning shop – made of steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum or brass.
Our long-standing, worldwide customers who have their precision turned and milled parts manufactured in our turning shop primarily come from the automotive industry (chassis and connection parts), household appliance industry/white goods (drive, pump parts, fan elements), fittings (safety, gas, and beverage fittings), and machine/gear construction (gear parts, drive elements).
We supply our turned parts to customers in the Western European market, Eastern Europe (e.g., Poland, Czech Republic, and Lithuania), as well as customers in the USA, Canada, South Africa, Turkey, China, and other Asian countries.

On the way to CO₂ neutrality
CO₂ -Neutrality in industrial sectors is on everyone’s lips. It is not surprising that, over the past few years, we have increasingly focused on expanding measures for CO₂ -Reduction. We view the company’s evolution towards CO₂ -Neutrality as a holistic process. This includes a modern cooling system with heat recovery, predominantly cooling our production facilities through open-air coolers, LED lighting, and numerous developments aimed at resource conservation in the use of materials and resources.
